The Gateway Hotel in Dubai was a wonderful stay for my family with young children. The warm welcome from doormen John and Umar set the tone for a pleasant visit. The room was spacious, clean, and the breakfast selection was diverse. The pool area was a highlight, and the attentive staff, like Rishi, made our experience even better. Nearby landmarks like the Dubai Museum and Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood added a cultural touch to our trip, enhancing our family bonding time. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and shopping options. a great choice for families looking to explore Dubai's charm and relax in comfort.

The hotel's central location, close to various amenities and public transport options, added convenience to my overall experience. One aspect that could be improved is the limited pool operating hours compared to other hotels in the area.

i had a fantastic stay at the Gateway. the room was huge, cleaned daily, and in a lovely neighborhood with historical sites nearby. walking distance to Meena bazaar. breakfast was delicious, and the staff, like Mr Mirza and Zaim, were amazing. the location was perfect, with complimentary airport transfers making it even better.

First, the room switcheroo saga felt like a scene from a soap opera, with poor lighting stealing the show. Second, the breakfast chaos was worthy of a reality TV showdown, making a cup of milk the champion.

My recent stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. the location is fantastic - it's in the heart of Dubai, close to many attractions such as the Old Souk and the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; they made sure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and memorable. the swimming pool and gym facilities were top-notch, and the Arab boy at the entrance was exceptionally helpful and kind.

While my overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. the walls in the room were quite thin, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring rooms.

Gateway is conveniently located near the main bus station and a short walk from the Metrol station, surrounded by affordable shops. the staff exceeds expectations, with excellent service from individuals like Mr Marzan and attentive housekeeping. Comfortable beds, delicious food, and a great price make this hotel a standout choice in the area.

the room was quiet and spacious with good beds and a lovely bathtub. the hotel is conveniently located - with easy access to the metro stations - making it easy to explore the local area. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the free airport shuttle was a great addition.

The hotel had a lovely outdoor pool, perfect for sunbathing while sipping on a refreshing drink. The area was filled with over 175 restaurants serving all types of cuisine, making it a paradise for foodies. Oh, and let's not forget about the captivating artifacts and souvenirs depicting Dubai's history, a true cultural experience.

We visited the super cool Dubai Mall and Marina to shop, dine, and enjoy all the fun activities. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city without wasting time on travel!

It would've been even more awesome if the hotel had a lively rooftop bar for us young party-goers to hang out and have a great time after our daily adventures in the city.

The decoration and general areas of the hotel were lovely and elegant, making me feel like I was staying in a luxurious place. The accessibility for senior people was impressive, with spacious and well-maintained common areas that were easy to navigate. The children of the staff were incredibly helpful and considerate, ensuring that all my needs were met with kindness and patience. It truly made my stay feel comfortable and welcoming.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people by wishing for more seating areas in the lobby for resting and socializing.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was within easy walking distance to the main bus terminal, which made it convenient for us to explore the city using public transportation. the buses were clean and easy to use, and it only cost AED 3 to get to Dubai Mall, which saved us a lot of money compared to taking a taxi. Another great aspect of our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. the check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had.

the spa was closed during our visit, which was a disappointment as we were looking forward to some relaxation and pampering.

I chose this hotel for a work trip due to the Executive lounge and Business center equipped with secretarial facilities and free high-speed internet. They were connected to the meeting rooms and were very convenient for my business needs.

The only service I missed for my work was a lack of a dedicated concierge service for assistance with scheduling meetings and coordinating transportation.

During our stay in Dubai, we found a gem of a hotel with a prime location that allowed us to explore everything within a short time frame. The hotel's proximity to the city's major attractions made it easy for our large family to enjoy all the activities without spending too much time on transportation. The spacious family room provided ample space for all of us, while the friendly staff ensured that our stay was comfortable and hassle-free.

My wife says that it would have been great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children, as our kids wished for a designated space to play and have fun within the hotel premises.

Chilled by the rooftop pool and caught some rays on the sun loungers, perfect way to relax! Wi-fi signal was a bit weak at times, could be stronger. 😊

During my recent business trip to Dubai, I had the opportunity to stay at Gateway Hotel, chosen by our director for its convenient location. The hotel's world-class spa facilities truly impressed me, and I indulged in a soothing massage in one of their beautifully appointed massage rooms. The serene atmosphere and skilled therapists made it a truly relaxing experience, leaving me rejuvenated and ready for my work commitments.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel is located in a bustling area close to the creek and the markets, and is reasonably close to the metro rail, making it easy to get around the city. The room was pristine and comfortable, while the bathroom was well-stocked with essential toiletries. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was freshly prepared, with a great selection of continental and Indian dishes that were delicious and filling. The pool and gym facilities were also a big plus.

There were some unpleasant smells in certain parts of the hotel, which could be improved.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable, especially with the air conditioning on the 3rd floor. And the breakfast is a highlight, with fresh omelettes and a variety of items that change daily.
